do you have other models (high voltage/wall mounted)?
Yes. We also provide high voltage storage batteries, wall-mounted batteries, and even lead-acid batteries. Please reach out to us here to enquire more.
Does this battery work well in hot/cold climates?
Yes. It operates efficiently within 0°C to 55°C at 60±25% relative humidity, making it suitable for both hot and cold environments. Whether in extreme heat or cooler conditions, the battery maintains stable performance and long-lasting efficiency.
is this battery suitable for outdoors?
No. The battery has an IP rating of IP20 and is meant to be installed indoors. It is not safe to place the battery outdoors without any shielding from rain or sun.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Our batteries come with a 10 year product warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and peace of mind. See here for our detailed warranty terms.
If a battery breaks within our warranty, we will replace and install for free.
